Loop Remote Support is a secure platform, which allows service technicians to respond to issues quickly by remotely controlling your system, with your consent.

Loop Remote Support works transparently through corporate firewalls, allowing Loop Technicians to assist both Windows and Mac users.

Recognizing your company’s need for the utmost security, Loop Remote Support includes 256-bit AES SSL encryption. Due to this security measure, occasional screen refresh delays may occur.

To begin a Loop Remote Support session, enter your name and company name, and click the submit button. Your computer will immediately start to download an application.

When the application has completed downloading, double click on the icon to begin your session.
A popup window will automatically appear indicating that a secure encrypted SSL connection has been established.

A Loop technician will request access to your screen. Simply click on the link in the popup window to give Loop consent to control your system.

You remain jointly in control of the session at all times. If you wish to end the session at anytime, simply click on the big red X. The session will immediately terminate and the software will uninstall itself.

Loop Remote Support records every session, providing you with a detailed log of every issue that is addressed.
